Windshield Wipers
Wiper blade replacement, washer system checks and windshield ding repair for clear visibility in Pierce County weather.
Between Puget Sound rain and road spray on I-5, wipers work hard here. Sun and temperature swings harden the rubber, and the streaks show up right when visibility matters.
New blades, a washer system check and small chip repair.
Signs it’s time for new wipers
- Streaking, smearing or missed spots
- Chattering or skipping across the glass
- Cracked, torn or hardened rubber
- Washer fluid that doesn’t spray evenly
- A small chip or ding in the windshield
What’s included
- Wiper blade inspection and replacement (front and rear)
- Washer fluid top-off
- Washer nozzle and pump check
- Windshield ding repair
What will it cost?
Cost depends on your vehicle and what the inspection turns up. You get the options and an estimate first, and nothing is done until you approve it.
What happens during your visit
Check
We check the rubber on each blade, how firmly the arms hold, and how well the washers spray.
Replace
We install new blades sized for your vehicle.
Top off
We top off washer fluid and make sure the sprayers work.
How often should wiper blades be replaced?
About once a year is typical. Replace them sooner if they streak, chatter or the rubber cracks.
Can you repair a chip in my windshield?
Yes, we repair windshield dings. Fix small chips early, before they spread, and call us to describe the damage.
Should I replace the rear wiper too?
If you have one, it wears out like the front blades do, so we check it too.
