FAQ

Engine Repair FAQs

Have another question? Call (253) 474-0511.

What should I do if my engine overheats?

Get off the road safely and shut the engine off. Leave the radiator cap closed while it’s hot. Call us for advice or arrange a tow before driving any farther.

Do you repair belts and hoses?

Yes. Heat and age wear them down. We check them during service and replace any that are cracked, glazed, leaking or soft.

Is an oil leak serious?

Yes, even a small one. Leaks drop the oil level, can damage nearby parts and sometimes become a fire hazard.
